Oscars to Admit Streamed Films Next Year as Coronavirus Upends Movie Going

A movie had to be screened in a theater in Los Angeles for at least seven days in order to be eligible for Oscar consideration. The Academy is relaxing that rule in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic.
